By accessing and using IP Lobster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

IP Lobster provides a free online tool that displays your public IP address and related connection information. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (scraping) without permission
• Overwhelm the Service with excessive requests (denial of service)
• Use the Service to conduct any illegal activity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IP Lobster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "The Way IP Should Be" and "Your IP In A Pinch" are trademarks of IP Lobster.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The information provided will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IP Lobster, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service

• Any errors or omissions in the content provided
